Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (metro areas).

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (metro areas).

Delivery times may vary for regional or remote locations.
Note: Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate.

Express Shipping: $18 flat rate.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery Areas

We deliver Australia-wide, to New Zealand and most European countries. We will let you know if we’re shipping to your country during the checkout process, before you make the payment.

Deliveries to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted.
5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

If you haven't received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
-
If you select "Authority to Leave" at checkout, the courier will leave your parcel at the delivery address without requiring a signature.

We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after delivery under ATL instructions.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days or arrives damaged, please contact us at hey@antiqa.com.au within 14 days of dispatch.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.
8. Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been confirmed.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Applies to: Products purchased via www.antiqa.com.au
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Antiqa purchase. Due to the nature of ingestible products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition.
You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

The item was damaged in transit, is faulty, or incorrect upon delivery

You contact us at hey@antiqa.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order. (We may ask you to provide a photo of the damaged or faulty product and package.)

The product is unused and sealed, and returned within 14 days
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and approved. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or sent in error.
Please note:

We cannot accept returns on opened food-grade or ingestible items

We do not offer returns for change of mind

Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to a refund, replacement, or repair for faulty goods
