Antiqa Pty Ltd (ACN 680 187 222) is referred to herein as ‘seller’.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below. These Terms govern your use of our online store and set out both your rights and our obligations as a seller.
1. Definitions
“We”, “us”, or “our” = Antiqa Pty Ltd
“You”, “your” = The customer placing an order on our site
“Product(s)” = Goods listed for sale on our website
“Order” = The purchase you make via our site
“Confirmation” = Our email confirming your order has been accepted
2. Orders & Contract
By placing an order, you confirm you’re legally allowed to buy the products.
An order is accepted when you receive a confirmation email from us.
We may decline your order if:

An item is out of stock

Payment isn’t authorised

There’s a pricing or description error
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Delivery is available Australia-wide, to New Zealand and most European countries. We will let you know if we’re shipping to your country during the checkout process, before you make the payment.
Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and confirmed in your email.
If delivery is delayed due to reasons outside our control, we’ll notify you with an updated timeframe.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
We may deliver items in separate shipments.
5. Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if:

The item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged, and

The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
You must contact us within 2 days of delivery at hey@antiqa.com.au, including a photo and order number. If approved, we’ll issue a refund, credit, or replacement.
Please note:

Opened or used ingestibles cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
6. Inspection
You are responsible for checking your delivery upon arrival.
If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and provide photo evidence to qualify for a remedy under ACL.
7. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for any applicable customs or import duties if you are ordering to a country other than Australia.
Shipping cost will be displayed during checkout, before payment is made.
8. Ownership
Title to goods remains with Antiqa until full payment is received, including any applicable fees or taxes.
9. Legal Warranties & Limitations
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for major faults and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We disclaim liability for indirect, special, or consequential loss.

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or where the law prohibits limitation.
